This policy explains what personal data we collect through syncqui.com, what we use it for, and how you can exercise your rights over it.
Who we are
syncqui.com is run by Syncqui, the agriculture brand of PT Drenara Raya Group, based in Kaliwates, Jember, East Java, Indonesia. In this policy, “we” means Syncqui and PT Drenara Raya Group as the personal data controller under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law Number 27 of 2022 (UU PDP).
What we collect
We only collect what you enter yourself in the “Request a Custom Solution” form:
- Name
- Business or farm name
- Commodity
- Location
- Brief needs
- WhatsApp number
- Email, if you provide it
How we use it
We use these details to understand your needs, prepare a proposal, and contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email about your request. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them to anyone.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form, as provided by the UU PDP. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Storage and retention
The form sends your entries to contact@syncqui.com. This site does not store form entries in its database. We keep the email for as long as we need it to follow up on your request, at most 24 months after our last exchange, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it.
Service providers
To run the site and email, we use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- Hostinger: website hosting, content delivery network (CDN) and visitor security checks
- Hostinger: email service for contact@syncqui.com
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp
Your rights
Under the UU PDP you have the right to:
- Be informed about the personal data we process about you
- Request a copy of that data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent
- Object to processing
How to exercise your rights
Send your request to contact@syncqui.com or on WhatsApp at +62 889 9104 1031. We will respond within 3 x 24 hours of receiving it and complete the request within the time limits set by the UU PDP.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the emails containing your details is limited to the team handling your request.
Platform demo
The interactive demo on the home page uses simulated data. Anything you type into the demo assistant is processed only in your browser, is not sent to any server, and disappears when you close the page.
Cookies and technical data
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no visitor analytics.
- pll_language: remembers your language choice (Indonesian or English) for 1 year
- hcdn and __cf_bm: short-lived security cookies from Hostinger, set only when its content delivery network needs to check that a visitor is human
- Like most websites, the hosting server records IP addresses and browser details in technical logs for security and maintenance
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
